Flexible & home working pattern is just one of the attractions this opportunity provides. We are looking to recruit a. Associate Surveyor with design experience based at St Mark Hospital, in Maidenhead. You will be working as part of the EDTS team of surveyors delivering capital works for Berkshire Healthcare and EDTS's other clients.
You will be used to managing projects and working with contractors. Willing to undertake CPD, you will have leadership experience and be able to demonstrate innovative practice. Showing effective management skills and work with colleagues and outside consultants, you will take responsibility for taking projects through all the RIBA Work Stages. Have an excellent understanding of the Construction Design Management Regulations 2015 and their practical application., + Develop a brief, provide concept design and develop the project through tender stage and contract administrate there after
+ Work flexibly in response to project need across multiple sites
+ Take responsibility for management of the project and all contract administration and management
+ Supporting colleagues in the delivery of project & work with the client
+ Be able to work in multiple environments, often clinical on a diverse range of projects & buildings

+ Professional and technical knowledge of ACAD and relevant IT systems, building, construction and engineering services
+ Experience of managing projects through inception, design and completion
+ 5 years' experience of design and building projects.
+ Car driver with ability and readiness to travel to multiple sites
