Full Job Description

Marketing and selling the Corporate and Leveraged Finance (CLF) products and services related to Fund Solutions Group (FSG) transactions.
Key Responsibilities
1. Origination, structuring and management of fund financing transactions (including capital call / subscription lines, etc.) on the main international Private Equity funds, infrastructure funds, real estate funds and credit funds.
2. Liaising as appropriate with the coverage team in the relevant CACIB and Credit Agricole Premium Client Solutions Private Equity Services in the development of CLF business and client strategy.
3. Management of the credit process up to the final decision: responsible for writing the credit request and presenting the transactions to the different business and credit committees in interaction with the FSG Portfolio Management team, Coverage and Risks.
4. Transaction Management / Execution: in collaboration with Legal and Lenders' counsels: drafting and negotiations of term sheets, facilities and securities agreements, and review of legal opinions / due diligences related to financing operations.
5. Participation in the creation of proposals and commercial origination to clients or prospects - development of the CACIB FSG franchise (origination, client pitches).
6. Dynamic monitoring of portfolio facilities: issuing guarantees, negotiating and monitoring amendments and waivers, managing the banking syndicate and annual reviews with the FSG Portfolio Management and respective FCS/Middle Office teams.
7. Active promotion of cross-selling within CACIB.
8. Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of developments within the Fund Finance, the Private Equity, Infrastructure and Real Estate industries and with CRÉDIT AGRICOLE CIB products for this market.
9. Producing call reports of client meetings, plus pitch documentation (as and when required) to update and disseminate information on clients.
