Full Job Description

The jobholder's responsibilities will include assisting the Head of Portfolio Management and Operational Support in managing London's EIG asset portfolio, which comprises 90+ project transactions., The jobholder will take direct responsibility for allocated files and assist the team in training junior staff.

Portfolio Management:
1. Taking direct responsibility for a designated portfolio of files and ensuring its general monitoring.
2. Preparing waiver requests and annual reviews.
3. Liaising with external third parties (e.g., Borrowers, Facility Agents).
4. Liaising with RPC HO and London teams (risk department) for all credit-related matters.
5. Complying with all internal certification requirements and ensuring all files under the jobholder's direct responsibility are KYC compliant at all times.
6. Maintaining all internal portfolio-related systems up to date.
7. Providing the EIG sector heads with all relevant information pertaining to files under their sectorial responsibility.
8. Ensuring that sums due (e.g., fees) are collected and properly accounted for internally.

Legal and Regulatory Responsibilities
1. Comply with all applicable legal, regulatory, and internal Compliance requirements, including the London Compliance manual and Compliance policies and procedures.
2. Maintain appropriate knowledge to ensure full qualification to undertake the role. Complete all mandatory training as required to attain and maintain competence.
