Full Job Description

As an Associate Director you will report to the Divisional Director of your area and have a dotted line of responsibility to the Technical and Delivery Director
Responsible for Invoiced Value Delivery within Division with Management of 6% of Revenue
Responsible for your own Delivery Team Management on a day to day basis.
This includes Lead, motivate and develop the team of Project Managers across your area of the country
Set objectives and manages performance of the team to ensure overall delivery of strategy/KPIs
Coordinate with the Pre Construction Team and QS team to ensure the right labour are identified for the right project at the right time and for the right fee
Ensure the team are developing detailed project plans to guide clients, staff members and project teams and revising based on changing needs and requirements
Ensure Implementation and adherence to Ventro site based standards and Projects (the same approach from Project to Project)
Support your team with Client Facing needs, manage weekly client meetings, monthly progress meetings
Build the customer relationship with a highest quality always approach and react to client concerns with responsive communication
Use your teams client relationship to seek out further opportunities of variations or new works
Work with your team to make dynamic decisions but with a Customer first mindset - treat every customer like it's our only customer
Ensure your team always stay safe - Ensure all projects follow SHARP (Safety, Health and Risk Procedures)
Actively seek to improve project GP by beating program, managing resources wisely, managing stocks ordered
Meeting with board members and clients to identify project requirements, update on delivery timelines and costs
Proactive and reactive internal and external stakeholder relationship management

Willing to enhance industry knowledge and become industry badged (Firas , BM Trada)
Have Experience managing the delivery of hard or soft facilities services in a corporate environment
Can demonstrate strong careers from fire safety would be and advantage but at least have project management successes in construction sector work streams.
Outstanding leadership and strategic abilities
Senior level management experience over a large operating region.
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills are required; proactive communication skills are a requisite in establishing and maintaining customer confidence
Proficiency in establishing and building client relationships to meet the departmental goals of the organisation
