Balfour Beatty Rail has an exciting opportunity for an Assurance Manager to join our growing team in Swindon.,
- Undertaking a plus 10 days review on works completed to see what documents are still outstanding
- Tracking completion document submission via our contract management system on Power apps
- Owning the close out process inc reporting to client and management team
- Weekly site inspections from a quality perspective
- - use of digital docs / app
- BMS document compliance ( current versions etc) Managing sub-contractor ITPS close out where needed Collating H&S files where needed Attending AMP meetings with client to enter snags in bim 360 BIM360 progression of implementation Providing quality awareness training to the project using Balfour Beatty Syllabus
