Full Job Description

The Astrophoria Foundation Year seeks to appoint a new Course Administrator to work closely with the Foundation Year Course Leads. About the role The primary role of the Astrophoria Foundation Year Course Administrator is to provide administrative and organisational support to the five Astrophoria Foundation Year Course Leads working closely together with them on a daily basis to deliver the courses (Chemistry, Engineering and Materials Science (CEMS); Humanities; Law; Philosophy, Politics and Economics (PPE); Preparation for Undergraduate Studies (PUGS)). The post holder will provide support for the smooth running of the Foundation Year courses through administration of admissions, teaching and examination activities. This is a full time, fixed-term contract until 31 July 2028. Applications are welcomed from candidates seeking a part-time role to share the full-time position.
