Department for Continuing Education, Astrophoria Foundation Year, 56 Banbury Road, Oxford The Astrophoria Foundation Year (AFY) seeks to appoint maternity cover for the Subject Co-Lead for Politics as part of the AFY Philosophy, Politics and Economics (PPE) team. About the role The post holder will have joint oversight of the PPE Foundation Year (FY) course, sharing specific responsibility for the Politics subject elements of the course. The post holder will deliver Politics Module 1 (Theory of Politics) and contribute to delivery of the general Foundations in PPE module as part of the PPE FY. As well as providing teaching and associated duties, including preparation of assessments, examining and admissions, they will contribute to review and improvement of the course. This is a 0.1424 FTE position, available on a fixed-term contract for 12 months from 1 December 2024.
