Full Job Description

  • Leading on attendance in the academy.
  • Benchmarking
  • Undertaking clerical duties related to the post such as production of letters, reports and other documents as requested using relevant ICT packages such as spreadsheets, databases, Word, internet and SIMS
  • Maintaining manual and computerised records/returns/management information systems
  • Produce lists/information/data as required.
  • Administering first aid within the academy, E-ACT City Heights Academy is currently seeking an experienced administrator to lead on attendance within the academy. The role itself is exciting and varied so keen organisational skills and the ability to multi task is a must, and you will need to feel comfortable working within a fast paced environment where you are required to use your initiative to communicate confidently and effectively with students and staff . The contract on offer is permanent and full time (37 hours per week for 42 weeks per year), and we require the successful candidate to commence employment as soon as possible.

    Maths & English GCSE grades 4-9 (A-C)
  • A higher qualification in education and/or management is desirable
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Can demonstrate substantial experience of leading and managing people in multi-disciplinary teams
  • Experienced in benchmarking
  • Competent at using Microsoft Office packages
