Job title: Attendance Administrator Salary: CSET 10 £25,584 FTE, £22,010 prorated Hours: 37 hours per week, 39 weeks of the year (term time only + INSET) Contract Type: Permanent Location: The Castle School About the role As Attendance Administrator you will implement the attendance policies and procedures across the school, ensuring attendance records are maintained and monitored. You'll monitor the attendance of vulnerable students, liaise with welfare officers and families. You'll work closely with the admin team to provide other general admin support to the school. About you You'll need to be personable, approachable and a self-starter. You will need strong communication skills, both verbal and written, and confident in liaising with colleagues, pupils and parents/carers. Organisation is key to success in this role and you'll have great attention to detail. Experience of using IT systems such as Microsoft Office, Google suit and databases is imperative, SIMS experience is ideal but
