Attendance & Inclusion Intervention Manager

Permanent - full time (37 hours per week) Monday - Friday

Term time only (including Inset days) plus 5 additional days to be worked over the academic year during School holiday periods

Salary: Grade 8 (SCP22 to SCP27) £29,439 to 33,820 per annum pro rata

Actual salary: £26,213 per annum

John Taylor Multi Academy Trust (JTMAT) believes in the power of education to improve lives - and the world. As a partner academy in JTMAT, we are seeking to appoint an Attendance & Inclusion Intervention manager to join our evolving organisation.

The successful candidate will in conjunction with the Senior Leadership Team to use specialist knowledge and experience to support students and families to ensure at least good attendance at school. To identify and work alongside vulnerable families to break down barriers to attendance early through interventions and strategies. Work may be carried out in the school environment but will mainly be outside the main teaching environment in students' homes through home visits/meetings
