This is a vital role in promoting high attendance rates and improving student outcomes. You will work closely with students, families, and staff to foster a positive school environment. Key responsibilities include:

• Organising and managing attendance processes effectively.
• Building positive relationships with students, families, and colleagues.
• Collaborating with internal teams and external partners to improve attendance.
• Encouraging and supporting students to overcome barriers to learning.

• Be an effective communicator who relates well to students and families.
• Be proactive and self-motivated with excellent organisational skills.

• Hold a valid driving licence for travel as required.
