Full Job Description

In this role, you will be responsible for managing student attendance across the faculties and managing a high level of attendance for all students will be your key priority. You will work alongside course tutors to promote excellent attendance and punctuality and to help reduce levels of absence.

We are excited to share that we are looking for a committed and proactive Attendance Officer to join our dedicated Student Services department on a part time, permanent basis., To be successful, you will be an enthusiastic individual who displays a high level of personal drive and energy, who will be able to contribute to managing the attendance of students across the college. You will be self-motivated, exceptionally well organised and a good team player. You will have good IT skills and have experience using Microsoft Office. Your communication skills will also be excellent and you will have the ability to relate well to staff, parents/careers and students.
