Full Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic, caring and motivated Attendance Welfare Administrator to join our exceptional team. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring and improving student attendance and punctuality, as well as ensuring the well-being of students. We are looking for a professional person who:

  • Is responsible for the welfare and first aid care of our pupils.
  • Is responsible monitoring pupil attendance and administering our associated procedures.
  • Has excellent interpersonal skills with pupils, staff, parents and outside agencies.
  • Is a confident administrator with good IT skills (Word, Excel) and able to carry out a variety of tasks.
  • Has a willingness to contribute to the overall ethos and aims of our school
