Attraction Services Manager

In this time of change, we are seeking an experienced Attraction Services Manager, who will use their expertise to help shape our service. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our recruitment function, ensuring that our recruitment and attraction activities are delivered to the highest standards, implementing streamlined processes and utilising data driven and cutting edge technology to improve candidate experience. This will be a high profile, influential position, cultivating robust relationships with internal stakeholders, delivering a proactive service whilst developing inclusive recruitment processes, ensuring that diversity and inclusion are at the forefront of all recruitment activities. As the Attraction Services Manager, you will be a visible direct line manager for the Recruitment Team across both sites (IWT & PHU), ensuring a robust recruitment and selection and induction programme for new starters, undertaking appraisals and encouraging professional development within the team.

Working as a partnership, both IWT and PHU have a shared vision for excellence in care for our patients and communities; with a set of strategic aims underpinning how we will achieve this. The creation of a single corporate service is essential for us to support our clinical and operational services, and our wider transformation programme. The single corporate service is delivered across both organisation. You may be based at either IWT or PHU and individuals may be required to undertake business travel between sites. For leaders managing staff across multi-site locations, you will need to be visible and provide in person leadership. The arrangements and frequency will be agreed locally.
