Audi Used Car Sales Coaching Manager

We are now recruiting for an Audi Used Car Sales Coaching Manager to join and drive a number of Used Car sales and quality KPIs through the creation and delivery of predominantly virtual group coaching! You will upskill and improve the performance of individuals and retailers within the Audi network. In addition to this as our Audi Used Car Sales Coaching Manager you will be responsible for:

• Delivering group and 1-2-1 coaching to the retailer network.
• Carrying out all administration and reporting relating to the delivery of coaching sessions.
• Administering programme systems and reports to ensure a full understanding of the impact of coaching.
• Creating engaging training and coaching content.
• Liaising with wider DEKRA team colleagues to create impactful communications, promotional material and multi media content.
• Building professional working relationships with the team, client and network.
  
  Experience in managing, mentoring and coaching people in a sales environment.
• A passion for helping others improve their performance through sustained behavioural change.
• Excellent communication skills, both face to face and virtually.
• Application of GROW and SMART to coach individual performance.
• A proven ability to create coaching and training content that engages the learner and drives individual performance improvement.
• Experience in utilising and driving key performance indicators through others.
• Experience in managing stakeholder relationships.
• An ability to work independently and proactively to deliver results and meet deadlines.
