  • Independently perform diagnostic audiological procedures for adults and older children.
  • Analyze and interpret diagnostic and rehabilitative test results, including pediatric cases.
  • Manage rehabilitative caseloads with care plans and direct referrals.
  • Select and prescribe hearing aids tailored to individual needs.
  • Ensure hearing aid systems are effective and meet patient criteria.
  • Make appropriate referrals for cases beyond your scope.
  • Professional Development and Collaboration:
  • Develop skills and knowledge by collaborating with senior audiology staff.
  • Support innovation and necessary changes with a growth-oriented mindset.
  • Patient and Clinic Management:
  • Travel to locality clinics and conduct domiciliary visits.
  • Manage time effectively in a high-pressure environment.
  • Make autonomous clinical decisions in line with Chime's values and standards.
  • Provide holistic support for patients managing hearing loss.
  • Supervision and Mentoring:
  • Supervise and mentor audiology trainees.
  • Adapt to schedule changes to support colleagues.
  • Administrative Responsibilities:
  • Maintain appropriate stock levels and report accurately.
  • Take responsibility for professional development.
  • Undertake additional duties as requested by the MD or team lead.
  • Maintain a positive working environment in line with Chime's values.
