Full Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Audiologist to join our department and help shape a local service whilst building networked expertise across the 3 hospital sites (Basildon, Broomfield and Southend).

+ Leading service provision and staff working within the service
+ Developing and adapting the service, working in conjunction with the existing team, the Head of Audiological Services and the ENT Clinical Lead.
+ Work as a network to develop and manage changes to practice and establish new ways of working .
+ Ensure key targets are met for the local service.
