We are excited to announce that we are now recruiting for a dedicated and experienced Automotive Workshop Technician to join our dynamic team on a full-time, fixed term basis. Our Automotive Department is renowned for its commitment to excellence in automotive education and training. We offer a comprehensive range of programs designed to equip students with the skills and knowledge necessary to excel in the automotive industry. Our state-of-the-art facilities and modern equipment ensure that students gain hands-on experience with the latest automotive technologies. Responsibilities As a vital part of our automotive department, you will be responsible for maintaining and managing the workshop, ensuring that all equipment and tools are in optimal condition and in safe working order. You will play a crucial role in supporting our students and staff by providing technical assistance, overseeing practical sessions, and contributing to the development of our automotive curriculum. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise Our ideal candidate has hands-on experience in the automotive industry, a strong understanding of modern vehicle systems, and a passion for education and training. You should be proficient in diagnosing and repairing a variety of vehicles, and comfortable working with both traditional and advanced automotive technologies. Your ability to communicate effectively with students and staff, combined with your organisational skills, will ensure a safe and efficient learning environment.
