Full Job Description

We are looking for a highly organised, motivated and talented Product Owner to join our energetic and talented team. You will help to shape, define and deliver change to drive the evolution of our B2B proposition, which will be key in underpinning AllSaints' ambitious plans for growth in this area. You will have a real voice in the future of our B2B/Marketplace Roadmap, whilst being a member of a lively and engaging team.

A successful product owner needs to understand the customer experience to prioritise and deliver what is required to deliver the best product in the best way to our customers. You will be inquisitive, detail-oriented, and flexible
You will work closely with our business and technical teams, plus third party partners, to make our exciting plans a reality!

ABOUT THE TEAM

Reporting into the Global Head of Business Transformation you will work closely with senior stakeholders across the business to define the future tools and processes to ensure our B2B roadmap delivers the strategic goals of the business.

WHAT WILL I BE DOING?

  • Deliver product features from design, build, and documentation

  • Scope out technical requirements, write user stories, plan sprints based on business priorities and help deliver the strategy for the B2B initiatives.

  • Prioritise the B2B/Marketplace roadmap backlog in collaboration with senior stakeholders, in line with business value and ROI

  • Support idea generation, gap identification, feature prioritisation, and feature definition for proposed partners

  • Management of backlog, creation and elaboration of the user stories

  • Assess business opportunities and projects that drive key business metrics to justify new projects based on business metric improvements

  • Document and on-board new business processes and technologies, and ensure adoption from business teams

  • Lead the delivery of B2B related projects and features, including development, QA and UAT, adhering to agreed governance processes and standards

  • Managing live propositions to ensure value is being delivered to end users. Ensuring BAU operations are achieved, and system availability is maintained

  • Communicate status and progress reports, ensuring risks and issues are surfaced and managed

  • Collaborate with other project teams to identify and manage any dependencies or risks/issues across projects

  • Perform analysis to balance business needs, customer needs and technological capabilities when designing features and enhancements

  • Strong awareness of latest consumer expectations and technology trends, adapting plans and priorities to suit

  • Build relationships throughout the Wholesale, Franchise, Digital and Technology teams and broader business that inspire confidence and trust.

  • Keeping up to date with market trends and new technologies within the industry and suggesting trends that would benefit AllSaints partnerships

    Min 3 years experience working in a similar role within fashion retail

  • Recent experience working on B2B transformation projects within fashion retail

  • A proven track record delivering across a broad range of functional areas including Wholesale, Dropship, Digital Concession & Hybrid models

  • Strong understanding of Fashion Retail technologies including 3rd party system integrations

  • Customer-focussed, with a strong understanding of customer behaviour, user experience and commercial drivers

  • Experience working with onshore and offshore development teams

  • Proven experience in embedding and championing new business processes

  • Experience managing multiple initiatives simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong organisational skills with a rigorous attention to detail

  • Working knowledge of Atlassian products, including JIRA and Confluence would be advantageous

  • Strong communication skills including the ability to deputise for senior management

  • Able to influence at all levels

  • The ability to contribute and lead meetings with confidence as well as translate complicated messages into simplified language
