Full Job Description

  • Develop and deliver the B2B marketing strategy for Battersea Power Station, raising the profile of the company within the leasing (retail and office) industry, and positioning BPS as the destination for commercialisation, filming and other revenue generating activities
  • Analyse market trends, identify market opportunities, develop messaging, create marketing collateral, and manage campaigns across various channels and departments
  • Identify and deliver industry opportunities for thought leadership, panel discussions, exhibition and trade shows working closely with the Comms team and Corporate Comms agency to deliver key messages and presentations
  • Develop and manage key B2B channels including the Linkedin strategy and work with the wider MarComms team to integrate B2B content into overarching BPS content plans
  • Deliver projects and marketing materials for the residential, leasing and commercialisation teams including brochures, plans, presentations, hoardings, unit packs and more, working with in-house designers, printers and agencies to produce and deliver marketing materials, including but not limited to adverts, signage, print collateral and digital assets, on-time and within budget
  • Manage creative agencies, digital agencies, marketing suppliers and media buying agents to ensure final outputs are of the highest quality and on brand
  • Work closely with the residential sales & lettings team to create and deliver campaigns and events that generate revenue for BPS while positioning us as the best place in London to buy/rent an apartment
  • Support residential sales team in developing and maintaining all marketing collateral including arranging photography and videography
  • Work closely with residential sales team and asset team to manage residential agents and commercial partners, supporting our marketing and business needs
  • Regularly report on marketing activity and demonstrate impact/ROI of campaigns
  • Approving the use of our imagery, logo by third parties
  • Day to day budget management. Ongoing financial reconciliation and reporting, including raising RFAs & approving invoices

    Essential
  • Degree-qualified in marketing, brand development or communications
  • 7+ years' experience in a senior marketing position
  • Demonstrated experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven and outcomes-focused environment
  • Demonstrated experience developing marketing strategies and managing large-scale marketing campaigns
  • Demonstrated ability to design and manage through-the-line campaigns
  • Demonstrated ability to design and manage marketing events
  • Demonstrated ability to formulate and effectively manage a marketing budget
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to engage individuals of all levels, to build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships
  • Ability to be flexible and adapt quickly to changing environments
  • Excellent attention to detail, organisation and planning skills
  • Strategic thinking with excellent problem-analysis and problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrable experience managing agencies, stakeholders and budgets
  • Management experience and ability to line manage and delegate
