Baby Room Leader - Thames Ditton, Surrey

• Holds a minimum Level 3 Childcare Qualification
• Is either an experienced Educator who is looking for their next step or is an existing Room Leader
• Is well organised and efficient in running a room
• Is confident to lead and inspire their room team
• Nurtures parent partnerships
• Has up-to-date, exceptional knowledge of the EYFS Statutory Framework, Safeguarding, and all the Early Years aspects
• Has report writing experience
This is a full-time role, 40 hours per week, which could be worked over 4 or 5 days per week. Successful applicants will be required to have a full and enhanced DBS and offers will be subject to receipt of successful references.

The nursery forms part of a multi-use childcare department that is joined to a health & fitness centre. Colets Childcare prides itself on being a huge part of the community.
