Create a safe, engaging, and stimulating environment to facilitate the optimal development of babies
Develop and implement age-appropriate activities in accordance with the EYFS framework
Foster strong and supportive relationships with both babies and their families, as well as with colleagues
Maintain accurate records of each child's progress and development to inform planning and reporting
Work collaboratively with the team to ensure the smooth operation of the nursery room
Adhere to safeguarding procedures and prioritize the welfare of all children in our care

We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Baby Room Nursery Practitioner (Level 3) to join our client's early years setting. The successful candidate will be committed to providing high-quality care to babies and will hold the relevant qualifications and experience to support their development., Level 3 in Early Years or above
Thorough understanding of the EYFS framework
Proven experience working with babies in a nursery setting
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
