We're one of London's longest running bakeries. We made a fantastic range of traditional breads, including Sourdoughs, Ciabatta, Bloomers, and Bagels.
We're looking for a skilled shift leader baker, with plenty of experence mixing sourdoughs, working on the table and oven experence.
You must be reliable and hard working, work ethic and motivation are vital.
This posistion is five days per week, plus addidtional days to cover holidays.
