Use a production plan to bake bread, rolls and pastries plus hot food items to a high standard of quality
Adhere to all Health and Safety and Food Safety standards
Accurately Stocktake all products once a week and update inventories through use of a handset on a daily basis
Keep on top of ordering all packaging and cleaning materials
Communicate with other bakery colleagues and team leaders regarding handovers and any help and support required
