Operate ovens and baking equipment, monitor baking processes, and decorate finished products to meet presentation standards
Maintain stock of baking supplies, ensuring freshness and proper storage, and assist with ordering ingredients as required
Measure and mix ingredients according to recipes to ensure consistent quality in baked goods.
To prepare and, where necessary, serve all food to the highest standard
To produce food in a timely fashion to ensure smooth service to the customers

Company of Cooks was formed in 1996 to run the catering services at Kenwood House on behalf of English Heritage. At the time, others said it set the standard for outdoor public space food service. Time Out awarded it a Red Star in their Annual Restaurant Guide and named it one of the top places to eat, then virtually unheard of for a visitor attraction catering operation.
