Baker - Soho Farmhouse (Blakes)

We are seeking an excellent and outgoing Baker to join our Soho Farmhouse team in the beautiful Oxfordshire countryside. You will be joining a close-knit team in Blakes Kitchen; our famous onsite bakery and deli space. You will be producing sourdough and artisan breads and sweet treats.

• 1-2 years' experience as a Baker in a similar hospitality business or from a commercial Bakery
• Team player who communicates well with all colleagues
• Punctual, reliable and trustworthy
• Sense of urgency
• Yes, yes, yes mentality
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Have a genuine passion for food and beverage
• Flexible and available to working both opening and closing shifts when required
Physical Requirements:
• Must be able to seize, grasp, turn and hold objects by hand
• Able to work on your feet for at least 8 hours
• Occasionally kneel, bend, crouch and climb as required
