Full Job Description

We are looking for a passionate, food loving individual who is keen to learn all aspects of baking for a growing coffee business.

You will be a key player in our operation, working closely with our head baker and baker y team to produce high-quality baked goods that meet our standards.

Directly reports into (Line Manager ) : S é bastien Monnot - Bakery Manager, Assist in the preparation and production of a variety of bakery products including cookies, cakes, breads, viennoiseries and more.

Support the baking team in daily tasks such as mixing, baking, and decorating and finishing goods

P acking and prepare boxes for delivery

Maintain cleanliness and organisation in the kitchen area

Help with inventory management and stock rotation

Adhere to all hygiene rules and food handling best practices

We are looking for someone who can work full time (40 hours per week).

You will be paid £11.95 + service charge per hour. The service charge is around £1 - £1.50 extra per hour.
