Our team of administrators provide support for over 200 clinical staff who deliver services to children aged 0-19 years across Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland., You will be working with a multi-disciplinary team comprising of Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists, Speech & Language Therapists and Childrens Community Nursing teams.

As an essential part of Therapy & Diana Childrens Community Services, you will provide administrative support to the clinical team and be the first point of contact for staff, families and external agencies., working patterns in line with our flexible working policy. For all substantive roles, new staff (excluding medical staff) are appointed subject to a 6-month probationary period (see Probation Policy). All jobs will require permission to work in the UK. For all jobs the cost of any DBS disclosure required will be met by the individual. This will be deducted from salary once started. Applicants at risk within the local NHS who meet essential cri

You will be the first line of contact for parents, carers, young people and professionals and must have excellent communication and customer service skills and be able to deal with queries in a helpful, professional and sympathetic manner.
