Full Job Description

An opportunity has arisen to work within the new Birmingham and Solihull Perinatal Pelvic Health Service (BSol PPHS). This is an exciting new service brings physiotherapy and midwifery services together to support women and birthing people with their pelvic health during pregnancy and up to one year after birth., The PPHS has implemented a new app as a single point of access for patients to self-refer and complete a risk and symptom assessment. The clinicians then triage these referrals and assign appropriate action, whether resources are provided, further triage required or appointments either group, 1:1, face-to-face or group. This new app connects to the maternity notes app BadgerNet, experience of working with BadgerNet and PAS systems Oceano and Lorenzo would be beneficial. A clinical administrator is required to support the clinical team with administrative responsibilities of this new service., The overall activities of the post-holder will include:

  • Providing an efficient and professional administrative service.
  • Undertake data input, accurately inputting data using a variety of Trust IT systems in a timely manner, including but not exclusive to; MyPathway, BadgerNet, Oceano and Lorenzo.
  • Communicating with patients and coordinating appointments.
  • Answering the telephone and taking messages, deal with them in a timely and efficient way and refer as appropriate.
  • Arrange meetings as and when required.
  • Receive and open incoming post and take action as required.
  • Review and action electronic correspondence and disseminate as appropriate.
