Full Job Description

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Band 2 Clinic Administrator to join the busy teams in Outpatients at Good Hope Hospital. This post is to cover various Reception areas, including Endoscopy, prepare notes and book appointments for clinics., Working on busy reception desks on a rota basis, arriving patients for clinics, checking and updating demographics, preparation of clinic notes where needed, patient facing queries, telephone queries, responding to emails, booking appointments and general admin duties e.g. filing etc

We are looking for a motivated, enthusiastic and experienced individual with excellent communication skills and a background in customer services to provide an efficient and professional service.
