Full Job Description

We have a great opportunity for an enthusiastic, organised person to join the ward clerk team at Heartlands Hospital. The successful candidate would provide administrative support to a ward being the first point of contact to all users of the service., Greeting Patients, visitors and staff

Updating Oceano system with admissions/transfers/discharges

Booking appointments

Liaising with staff/relatives

Answering phones/buzzers

Lifting/carrying patient notes

Filing notes

Requesting/booking outpatient notes via Case note tracking
