Full Job Description

This role is 2-3 days per week , 16-18 hours a week. + A very interesting role is available for a Job Share Support Worker for a visually impaired Team Lead Occupational Therapist (16-18 hours per week over 2-3 days each week). The ideal candidate should be reliable and flexible and keen to learn all about the service area we work in., · Providing a high-quality administrative service to meet the requirements of the unit including data collation and recording, audits, filing and making and receiving telephone calls. Prioritising the clinical team administration needs, Interview arrangements will be communicated via email so please check your email regularly following the closing date. + Must previous admin / PA experience at least 1 year. + Must be abele to do 2-3 days a week. + System work experience (desirable ), · Good typing speed. · Excellent verbal and written skills, and competent in the use of Microsoft Office (e.g., Word, Excel, and Outlook), prepare routine correspondence independently · Good attention to detail. + Good communication skills and be able to maintain confidentiality and deal with issues of a sensitive nature. + Flexible approach to work and ability to be proactive. At times working unsupervised and organise/manage own workload on a day-to-day basis. · Will need to accompany OT on patient visits in the community so should be able to drive and have access to a car. Ideally live within 10 minutes of EN4.
