Full Job Description

An exciting opportunity has become available to support the friendly Paediatric Dietitians based at Birmingham Heartlands Hospital., The main duties of the role will be:

  • Taking telephone calls for the team; ensuring queries are dealt with appropriately and in a timely manner; passing messages on as required.
  • Typing clinical letters
  • Dealing with referrals and making/rescheduling outpatient appointments using Oceano
  • Photocopying
  • Keeping patient resources stocked and available

    Are you able to use your own initiative?
  • Do you have a minimum of 2 years' recent admin experience, including audio typing and the use of Microsoft Office software and/or N365? Do you have good communication and telephone skills? If so, then you could be the person we are looking for to support the paediatric dietitians with general admin tasks.
