Full Job Description
We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic Administrator with strong administration and computing skills to join our friendly and supportive Community Nursing Team. The Hospice Community Nursing Teams provide palliative care support to adult patients and the people that are important to them at home. This role is a Part-time position, working 30 hours per week 9am to 5pm, Thursday Sunday and is based at the hospice in Brentry. Although this role is being advertised as a part-time position, full time opportunities would be considered. Daily tasks include - talking to patients, families, and health professionals on the phone Completing outcomes from clinicians Accepting and processing referrals into the service using EMIS Electronic Patient Record using Microsoft Office word, outlook and excel Updating our rostering system, To support the community nursing teams with all aspects of administrative duties. This includes processing referrals, managing appointments and providing information to patients, carers and clinicians as required.

patients. The Hospice is also a centre of educational excellence and we teach other healthcare professionals about how to care for people at the end of their lives, supporting the NHS and care homes provide end of life care.
