Defence Primary Health Care (DPHC) are looking for a dynamic, organised, and efficient Band 3 Healthcare Assistant who will be working within our Primary Care Team at RAF Northolt. There is also an expectation that the Post Holder may be required to work across other sites within the Group Practice (current sites include Northolt and Northwood). This position is part time and offers 21.5 hours a week., The successful candidate will be working under the direct supervision of the registered Practice Nurse in accordance with specific practice guidelines and protocols. The post holder will assist the practice clinical team in the provision and delivery of prescribed programmes of patient care to all patients within the medical facilities Northolt and Northwood as a combined Network. The post holder will assist the registered Practice Nurse when conducting invasive and non invasive nursing procedures. The post holder will also be assisting medical and nursing staff during medical emergencies. The post holder will provide high-quality person-centred care which always considers peoples safety, privacy and dignity using clinical knowledge that is evidence based.
