Are you enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and an excellent communicator? West Hertfordshire Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust is looking for you to join our dynamic and forward-thinking team.
As a Medical Laboratory Assistant in our Haematology and Blood Transfusion laboratories, you'll be part of a progressive organisation that values excellence, innovation and teamwork.
You'll contribute to a 24/7 acute and urgent service at our Watford laboratory, as well as a Monday to Friday non-urgent service at our Hemel Hempstead laboratory.
Flexibility is essential, as the role includes weekend work to meet the needs of this vital service., This role is based at Hemel Hempstead Hospital and Watford General Hospital. The successful candidate will be required to work across both sites, covering shifts within the service hours of 08:00 to 20:00 from Monday to Friday and 09:00 to 17:30 on weekends at Watford General Hospital.
Full training and competency assessment will be provided to ensure you are fully prepared for the role.
