Full Job Description
An exciting opportunity has arisen in the Bowel Cancer Screening Department based at Hemel Hempstead Hospital. The post is for a band 3 Programme Administrator to join the admin team in support the Bowel Cancer Screening and Endoscopy Department. Please see attached job description for more details.
Create and send patient health check forms for BCSP and Endoscopy surveillance service. Add patients to the waiting list for repeat procedures. Admit and discharge patients from Endoscopy Unit. Validate and request patient pathway discharges. Ensure patient follow up arrangements.
Send and receive patient feedback questionnaires. Stationary and Print room ordering, Supervise department volunteers and Support the Programme Manager, Coordinators and Specialist Screening Practitioners in any duty to ensure a smooth-running service.

To provide the background administration support for the Bowel cancer screening and Endoscopy service. Duties include sending health check forms, patient feedback questionnaires, ordering including stock and patient refreshments.
The working hours are Tuesday 09.00 - 17.00 and Thursday 09.00 - 17.00 with a 30 minute lunch break, which is 15 hours in total.
