Full Job Description

An opportunity has arisen to join the existing admin team in the Bristol ADHD service.
This fixed term referral coordinator role has been commissioned to effectively manage the current referral backlog the service has due to ongoing high demand
The service provides diagnostic and treatment for adults who have suspected ADHD. We cover a huge geographical area (all of BNSSG and BSW) and is a very specialised service in its own right.
The team are made up of consultants, speciality doctors, nurses, psychologists, non-medical prescribers and admin staff. We are a small and friendly team based in Hengrove in Bristol and welcome enthusiastic admin candidates to apply for this exciting position!, Working under the supervision of the lead administrator, the successful candidate will join the existing admin team which consists of 2 x B3 administrator, and 1 x B4 lead administrator.
The ADHD team is a very busy service with a current caseload of over 5000 service users.
The successful candidate will be able to work in a busy environment, and will have good communication skills and able to use MS office packages with ease.
The successful candidate will be specifically processing new referrals to the service however, additional admin tasks may be allocated by the supervisor
