    Here at HCRG Care Group the management structure is visible and you will feel supported by all managers out in the services! HCRG Care Group has a friendly and stable team with fantastic relationships and great team spirit!, As a Support Worker/ Healthcare Assistantyou will have some knowledge and experience in care. We will provide you with additional relevant training and support you to do your job. Your duties will generally be routine in nature and carried out on a day to day basis. You will have the experience and expertise to work on your own, seeking guidance from registered staff as required. You will be supervised by registered practitioners, who will monitor your care and work plans. Your primary purpose is to carry out routine care and health tasks which will be set out in agreed care plans, or work plans or as directed by registered colleagues. You will also, when trained, contribute to care plans. Ensuring all documentation is completed accurately. Tasks will include the provision of personal care and other practical support that will helps service users recover, rehabilitate and maintain independence. Additionally, you will lead/guide a team of health care assistants. Working within HCRG
    Care Group values and behaviours at all times.
