Full Job Description

We are seeking to appoint a Team Secretary to provide support to the Home Treatment Team. As a key member of the administration team this is a varied role involving all aspects of secretarial and general administration duties.
It is essential that the applicant is able to work on their own initiative, can demonstrate effective organisational skills and the ability to prioritise workload and process enquiries in a confidential and timely manner.
The role is 30hrs per week, working Tuesday to Friday 9am to 5pm., The post holder will need to be well organised, able to multitask and possess excellent interpersonal skills. To provide a comprehensive administrative and secretarial support service to the Team Manager and clinical staff within the team. To operate within the team's systems and act as part of a wider administration/secretarial team. The successful candidate will be a consummate team player possessing excellent written and verbal skills with an eye for detail and demonstrate proficient keyboard/computer skills., We are unable to support applications from job seekers who require sponsorship to work the United Kingdom (UK)

As part of the selection process you may be required to undergo a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check, however all cases of criminal record history are dealt with on a case by case basis.
Please note, if applicable for your role you will be required to cover the cost of your DBS certificate. This will be deducted from your salary over 3 months. You will also be required to sign up to the DBS Update Service before commencement with the Trust.
All successful applicants will be required to complete the Trust's induction programme. The Fundamental (Statutory and Mandatory) training will be in an e-learning format. You will be required to complete training modules online (approx. 9-14 hours depending on post) by the end of your first week with us.

If applicable to your role, the Trust will require you to sign up for the DBS Update Service. The subscription will cost you £13 a year but the Trust will reimburse this. You will be contractually obliged to maintain your subscription.
