Full Job Description

An exciting opportunity has opened to work in the Solihull Community MSK Services as a Band 3 Therapy Support Worker. Working along side our qualified Physiotherapy team, treating patients under Physiotherapy guidance to enhance the quality of life for patients around Solihull.

Working in the Community MSK team provides great opportunities to be involved in group based exercise therapy including Pilates, Back Rehab, Step into Fitness and Breaking Down Barriers to Exercise to encourage patients in the management of their own personal health and well-being., As a clinical Therapy Support Worker, you will be responsible for your own caseload management of patients, with the expert training from our registered Physiotherapies. You will be involved in in-service training to develop your skills and confidence with your patients and you will receive on the job training, tailored to your needs.

The role will consist of mainly supporting the registered staff in their treatment plans for patients, but also being responsible for the administrative duties of booking patients into the group classes, ordering clinical stock and supporting the administrative team, bridging the gaps between clerical and clinical.
