Full Job Description

Making sure the ward clerical needs are achieved and maintained, working to the job description. Completing ward audits and supporting quality audits along side nursing team. Maintaining order in nursing offices.

Lime unit is a busy acute inpatient unit the team are looking for a highly motivated individual to offer clerical support to the team.

We would be looking for ...

At least 12 months clerical/admin experience

A very high standard of communication skills both written and verbal.

High level of IT skills ability to use NHS systems and navigate and trouble shoot the IT requirements of the unit and the trust.

Typing skills and minute taking, letter writing.

Maintain the ward budget and quantity of stores on the unit.

Ability to self-motivate and recognise when tasks need doing, manage work load.

Be part of a fast moving, dynamic team working on a ward offering the highest level of care for patients.
