Band 3 Ward / Reception Administrator | Royal Free London NHS Foundation Trust

The administrator is responsible for providing an administration service to the team and for delivering a high standard of customer care to a wide range of client groups, including patients, consultants, relatives and their carers and the multi-disciplinary teams.

To provide front of house reception service for patients or relatives arriving in the ward/unit. Welcoming all visitors and directing as appropriate. Admitting/discharging patients from Maternity ward, answering query's and telephone calls. Supporting the clinical team of doctors, nurses and midwives. To support the admin team across Maternity wards in Barnet Hospital
