Band 4 Medical Directorate Administrator, Bath

An exciting new opportunity has arisen for an administrator working within AWP to support Dr Pete Wood, Deputy Medical Director., This is a 0.6wte (22.5 hours) B4 role, working hours to suit the successful candidate. The base will be Bath NHS House, but you will be principally working from home. There may be an expectation to attend Bath NHS House and other AWP sites for occasional meetings., Duties will include diary management and booking venues for meetings. Managing meetings including agendas, minutes etc. This is an excellent opportunity for the right candidate to gain experience of corporate administration within the Medical Directorate and giving full administration support to the directors.
