Full Job Description

enthusiastic administrator working for the PA to the Chief Pharmacist, the Pharmacy Operations Manager and other senior staff across our Pharmacy sites. The successful candidate will liaise with a wide range of internal and external staff in the course of their work. An ability to use tact and discretion to a high and consistent degree are essential for the smooth running of this post and for the functions of the Royal Free Pharmacy office., The postholder will provide a range of administrative and clerical duties including:

Taking and directing telephone calls and relaying messages as necessary.

Help maintain the Pharmacy Healthroster logging all relevant absences in a timely and accurate manner.

Process Bank and agency timesheets under the direction of the PA to the Chief Pharmacist

Order stationery and other agreed items and services via the Trust Procurement Portal.

Under the direction of the PA to the Chief Pharmacist to assist in loading vacant posts onto the Trust recruitment portal TRAC

Acting as a meeting secretary for a number of Pharmacy based meetings, organising agendas, taking minutes and maintaining an appropriate action log.

Assist in the good working order of office equipment, reporting faults to appropriate services.

Assist the PA to the Chief Pharmacist with new staff inductions for staff based within Pharmacy Patient Services

Provide copy typing / data entry work as requested by senior management using Microsoft Word and / or Excel.

Cover agreed additional duties in the absence of the PA to the Chief Pharmacist.

£31,944 to £34,937 a year Per annum inclusive of HCAS
