Full Job Description

Following funding awarded to BSOL ICB from Stroke Quality Improvement for Rehabilitation (SQuIRe), we have an exciting opportunity to develop and deliver a new community service focusing on rehabilitation and psychological support to stroke patients living in Solihull., You should have excellent written and verbal communication and organisation skills and be motivated and committed to the successful running of a new service.

You must be a dynamic and enthusiastic individual looking to make a meaningful impact in the lives of stroke survivors with living in Solihull.

You will implement and monitor personalised rehabilitation programmes for patients, under the guidance of Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy and Speech and Language Therapy.

As well as providing therapy interventions, you will have access to training and a psychological support package, providing a unique opportunity to upskill in this area, and to improve the rehabilitation potential of this patient group.
