Full Job Description

Duties will include, but are not limited to: Performing clinical assessments, crafting, and implementing safe and progressive exercise treatment schedules for all patients after the MO/Physio has made a diagnosis. Communicating effectively with patients to ensure informed consent for treatment, good understanding of their conditions and maximise their rehabilitation potential. Assisting in identifying training needs, coordinating in-service training, and assisting with cleaning schedules. Managing groups of injured personnel and applying exercise based rehabilitation protocols accordingly. Supporting and attending weekly and monthly Special Interest Group and Clinical Governance Meetings where audit, research, service and policy development and presentations are conducted within the multidisciplinary team environment.
