Full Job Description

    Demonstrable ability to meet the Trust Values, 5 GCSE's or equivalent


  • Desirable criteria

  • NVQ 3 in Business Administration or Customer Care or equivalent

  • Key Skills Level 3 in Literacy or equivalent, Experience of undertaking detailed, intensive work in a busy administrative environment

  • Experience of using information technology such as Word and Excel in work-related activities., Experience of dealing sensitively with client/ patient concerns in emotive and distressing circumstances

  • Experience of working in, or with the NHS

  • Experience working with local community services and primary care

  • Team leader experience

  • Experience of managing and mitigating risks, Excellent oral and written communication skills

  • Numerate, with excellent analytical skills

  • Ability to analyse and interpret complex data, facts or situations

  • Ability to prepare written communications and reports for dissemination to a range of stakeholders

  • Good prioritization and organization skills


  • Desirable criteria

  • Knowledge of the NHS and current policies and strategies relating to health improvement

  • Knowledge of procedures for lifestyle services

  • Breast screening programme knowledge, Ability to motivate and enthuse others

  • Ability to manage conflicting priorities

  • Ability to perform well against a background of change and uncertainty

  • Effective self-starter with ability to self-direct and work alone

  • Ability to work under pressure

  • Willing and able to travel cross site as required
