Please submit your application as soon aspossible The post holder will work as part of a team of trainers to deliverManual Handling training. In order to be shortlisted and invited to interview you must demonstrate in your application your knowledge/ skills, experience and qualificationsspecifically in relation to Manual Handling training delivery. The post holder will be responsible for developing, delivering and maintaining a high standard ofmanual handling trainingin a classroom setting and across a number of workplaces both in and outside Birmingham Community Health Care bases. Themanual handling trainingwill be delivered to all levels of clinical staff. To provideManual Handling assessmentof competence for individuals within the workplace. Trainers will be responsible for developing and updatingManual Handlingcourses in accordance with best practice and current legislation. Trainers will keep accurateManual Handlingtraining registers to assist the OLM team to maintain employee learning records. To evaluate competency of all Trust staff onManual Handlingtraining courses to negate risk and ensure legislative compliance.,
