- Patient-Centred Assessments: Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' mental health needs using recognized tools.
- Personalised Care Plans: Develop, implement, and adjust individualized care plans tailored to patients' needs, working closely with the multidisciplinary team.
- Medication Management: Safely administer medications and monitor their effects, ensuring any changes are documented and addressed promptly.
- Therapeutic Interventions: Deliver evidence-based interventions that support patients' recovery and promote emotional well-being.
- Progress Monitoring: Regularly review and evaluate patients' progress, making adjustments to care plans as needed to achieve the best possible outcomes.
- Family Engagement: Collaborate with families and caregivers, providing education and support to ensure they feel informed and included in the care process.
- Accurate Record-Keeping: Maintain detailed and confidential patient records, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Our client is looking for an experienced and motivated Mental Health Nurse to join their team, working in an acute inpatient mental health setting where you'll play a pivotal role in empowering individuals on their journey to recovery., Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) with a valid UK NMC Pin. - Proven experience in mental health hospitals or acute inpatient care settings.
- Comprehensive knowledge of mental health conditions, evidence-based treatments, and current mental health legislation.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with patients, families, and colleagues.
- A team player with leadership qualities and the ability to foster a collaborative, therapeutic environment.
- A compassionate, empathetic approach with a non-judgmental attitude toward patients' needs.
Hourly Rate: £19-£22 (based on experience) Hours: 40 hours per week
